Pricing depends on truck size, number of movers, access (stairs/lifts), and how much you’re moving. The fastest way to get an accurate price is to request a quote with pickup/drop-off suburbs and an items list.

Our rate covers the truck, professional movers, standard moving equipment (trolleys, blankets, straps), and loading and unloading. If your building requires special access (long carries, multiple flights of stairs), that can affect time but not the rate 😉

This depends on the distance to the pickup location and the job details. We always confirm any travel or call-out cost upfront before booking.

Time depends on volume, access, parking, and how far the truck is from the door. A clear items list, good parking, and elevators working properly can reduce time significantly.
But to get a general idea, on average:

A 1 bedroom apartment: 2-4 hours

A 2 bedroom apartment: 4-6 hours

A 3 bedroom apartment: 6-8 hours

Yes. Stairs are common in Sydney, and we handle them easy. Just let us know how many flights and if there are narrow hallways or long corridors to be aware and let the team know. No one wants surprises (Don’t worry, we won’t charge you more)

Yes, we operate with insurance for standard removalist operations (Public Liability and Goods in Transit) . If you have high-value items, tell us beforehand so we can advise the best approach.

Yes, we can provide packing materials and packing help if requested. If you need this, mention it in your enquiry so we can advise the best option 

Heavy or awkward items like pianos, marble/stone tables, pool tables, large safes, and oversized fridges often require extra manpower or planning. Tell us in advance so we allocate the right crew. Please remember, safety first. For your items and our workers 🙂

Have small items packed, label boxes by room, disconnect appliances, and clear a pathway, the easier for the removalist, the faster the job. Reserve a parking spot/loading zone if possible to save time, the closer to the main entrance, the better.

Sometimes yes, depending on availability. Send your details and preferred time window and we’ll confirm quickly.

Yes, interstate moves are available by request. Dates, access, and inventory details help us plan the best option.

Just like you would insure your belongings when sitting in your house, and not in a move, we strongly suggest you to get special insurance. 

We are professionals and do our best in moving your objects, but many pieces of furnitures were not built considering they might ever move. So accidents can happen in the nature of our jobs.

Our removals are highly trained and experienced. They will try and move you as quick and safe as possible. 

Anyways, there are ways for you to have a better and quicker move. Here are some recommendations:

  1. Make sure your packing is good. Packing is the key to success in a move! With everything boxed and stacked inside neatly things will flow a lot easier. Dont over/under pack boxes, and dont fill them up with boxes or heavy objects.
  2. Clear every pathway possible. If the hallways are packed with stuff it will make it harder for us to walk through them.
  3. Dissassemble your furniture. What ever you have that can be disassembled, go for it and disassemble it before your house moving experts arrive.
  4. Unplug your whitegoods and technology. This will make it quicker for us to just grab them, secure, and take. 

We strongly recommend that any furniture that has been already assembled, shouldn’t be disassembled as most probably it will never hold itself the same. 

Nevertheless we can still do it for you, and have all the tools for the job too.
