What does an end of lease clean include?
We clean the property top to bottom to the standard Sydney agents inspect against — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls and appliances.
The rooms that decide a bond inspection are always the same: the oven, the shower screen, the window tracks and the skirting boards. Those are the ones a rushed clean skips and an agent checks first.
Booking the clean for after the truck has gone is what makes it work. Cleaning around furniture guarantees a second visit.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
Most properties take 4 to 8 hours, depending on size and on what condition the place is in when we start.
Condition matters more than floor area. A well-kept two-bedroom can take less time than a neglected one-bedroom, and a property with pets or a long tenancy sits at the top of that range.
What is the bond-back guarantee?
If your agent is not satisfied with the clean, we return once and fix the issues free of charge, anywhere we work in Sydney.
It is worth knowing what that does and does not cover. It covers cleaning we did not do well enough. It does not cover damage, wear, or anything the agent lists that was not part of the clean.
Do you do outdoor cleaning and powerwashing?
Yes — we powerwash driveways, patios, decks and exterior walls across Sydney to remove dirt, grime and staining.
This is usually a separate booking from an end of lease clean, and it is worth doing on a house with a driveway or a paved courtyard, where the outside is the first thing an inspection sees.
Do you treat mould?
Yes, we remove mould from walls, ceilings and damp areas using industry-grade treatments — a common job in Sydney coastal and older apartments.
Mould in a Sydney rental is common near the coast and in older apartments with poor ventilation. Painting over it does not work; it comes back through within weeks.
